The new child restraint laws are now in force in NSW.  There seems to be quite a bit of confusion regarding what is required however it is worth spending time to make sure your children are travelling safely and in accordance with the new regulations, to avoid a hefty penalty but MOST IMPORTANTLY to prevent unnecessary injury and trauma to children (and their families) in the event of an accident.
